Restricted Software Load Overwrote iLinq Fix Provided in HFO3 SP2.
Symptom
The InSite Browser (Ilinq) Fails to Start. Effectivity: ALL sites that are/or already have upgraded from HFO2 Software to HFO3 Software. SMILe December 4, 2003 After performing the HFO3 load from cold on the system, attempts to start the InSite Browser (Ilinq) fails.
