Unable to Scan with UPM Faults See Long Description See excerpt from message log, below. This is a 3T Excite HDx system running 14.0 M5A software. This morning when the customer booted up the system, there were a string of UPM-related errors logged. But they were able to start a new exam and prescribe a scan. Then, when they attempted to scan, they could not, also due to UPM-related errors. They also noted that the SAR monitor on the console was continuously counting up, even when not scanning.
