Healthpage does not collect eventlog.
Symptom
Healthpage does not collect eventlog. Also no dose data is available for Dose reporting Healthpage is running and pushes data to AutoSC server. However, the data never includes the eventlog. When looking on IBDC "Last log" link of system checked, you can check the content of data received by AutoSC. With this issue INNOVA_ROB is missing. In IBDC no event data is listed (i.e. no exams) Also no dose data is available for Dose reporting. To be noted that there is no error code with this issue.
