The Omega table elevation will not drive down vertically.

Symptom

The Omega table elevation will not drive down vertically. When the customer selects the down elevator motion, the enable works, but the table does not lower. The elevator up function is normal. The Omega table top will not drive down vertically. When the customer selects the down elevator motion, the enable works, but the table does not lower. The elevator up function is normal.
