This will prevent the MGD from controlling the RRF chassis. Try TPS_reset. Run RRF diagnostics.-> Extended Error: The MGD does not like the signal coming over the fiber cable connected from the IRF_IO board in the back of the MGD chassis to the DIF board in slot 10 in the front of the RRF chassis.
