Unable to Configure M3340CE Neo Coil HD 8ch Shoulder on Excite HD System See Long Description An FE services one site that has two systems: The first system is an Excite HD system running 12x software and the second system is a Signa HDxT system running 15x software. The HDxT system has a M3340CE HD 8ch Shoulder coil made by Neo Coil. The customer would like to use this coil on the Excite HD system also, and asked the FE to configure it for them. The FE consulted the Coil Compatibility matrix in Signa HDxT Service Methods and found that this coil is compatible with both types of systems. But the list of "Available Coils" in the Configuration File Manager in CSD does not include a name for this coil, and there is no documentation anywhere in Excite HD Service Methods on how to add this coil to the system.
