Table will not advance Due to the carriage release actuator is not fully releasing the table top or cradle assembly.
Symptom
Table will Not Advance to Landmark and Sometime Detaches from LPCA Table stays at home and LPCA detaches or stays in the same position.
Error message
2224842 SRI Hardware Error Unexpected cradle motion. Thu Jun 9 13:59:11 2005 Error: 2224842 Host: MR_PHC Process: NSP File: HPC_PORT_ID:sri Line: 99 SRI Hardware Error: Unexpected cradle motion. This error would occur if the table were moved by hand. Please run SRI diagnostics if that is not the case. Expected Cradle Velocity: -100 mm/sec Measured Cradle Velocity: 189 mm/sec
