System shuts down on it's own. Intermittently, the Innova system shuts down on it's own without any operator action (looks like a system shutdown was requested or a power failure occured).
Error message
Code 3400037 "User has requested shutdown or power failure has occurred" can be found in the system errlog each time the Innova system shuts down without any operator action.
