The APS could not notify the VRE that communication is established.-> Extended Error: ERROR: EM_OS_CM_INIT_RPC_VRE Communication problem between APS and VRE. The APS could not notify the VRE that communication is established. Extended Error: This could be an indication of a hardware problem with the APS or VRE boards or an ethernet cabling problem on the MGD subnet. Verify the ethernet cabling on the MGD subnet, reboot VRE, and perform a TPS Reset. Run diagnostics if the problem recurs.
