The Shoulder PA coil was defective.
Symptom
Shoulder Coil Scans are Grainy and Have Areas of Signal Loss See Long Description Intermittent shading artifact on shoulder coil. Shading looks like SAT band through image. All other coils are fine. Mainly happens on spin echo T1 series, T2's are OK. Checked center frequency and TG. No significant changes from series to series.
