UPS 410013 or UPS 4118 Warning message "Backup power not available, if issue persists call service" is displayed on the monitors. may be followed by 410012. Battery fault at time of shutdown UPS 410013 Warning message "Backup power not available, if issue persists call service" is displayed on the monitors. SP4, Increasing the frequency of the Fluoro UPS automatic Battery Test from monthly to weekly. Check the UPS error log for time date and if the error was from auto testing. UPS 410013 Warning message "Backup power not available, if issue persists call service" is displayed on the live monitors. 410012 UPS error. Check UPS error log.
