176465 Gantry moving slow due to DETECTOR collision sensor errors.

Symptom

Gantry moving slow due to DETECTOR collision sensor errors. Typically indicated by HW codes 0004 for the detector faceplate or 0008 for the detector bladder. Gantry moving slow due to detector collision errors. This issue is caused by a collision detected on the Detector side of the gantry. Typically indicated by HW codes 0004 for the detector faceplate or 0008 for the detector bladder. System impact: Message displayed on monitors and BIP on TSSC every 30 seconds. Full gantry motion. Displayed message : "Collision detection failure, continue with care; Otherwise call Service" The Hardware code tells whether the problem is located on the Detector or on the Tube side: HW=4 for the Detector Faceplate HW=8 is the Detector Bumper and HW=10 for the Tube . Check the anti collision sensors on the Detector. Touch the collision sensor margin on one side to re-balance the collision sensors. Touch the collision sensor margin on both sides to clear the collision error. If the problem persists (i.e., the error is not cleared), replace the corresponding ANTI-COLLISION COVER

Error message

error Code = 1050167, error Text = FRT 2ND LEVEL BUMP, debug Text = - COLLISION SENSOR ACTIVATED. CLEAR AND TRY AGAIN (4AE6)., recovery Class = WR, major Function /= GantryAxis System impact: Gantry lock-up. Displayed message : "Detector collision occurred. Clear collision manually to continue.".
