System fails SPT, Constant Phase Offset Saw Tooth wave shapes on the FSE stability plots

Symptom

MRSPT FSE Stability Fails SPT with Constant Phase Offset Saw tooth Wave shapes on the Plots. Excite HD installation. SPT is failing FSE severely. Replaced all the gradients and power supply, no help. Grafidy is in specifications. See long description. Observe the behavior of the SPT constant phase offset plots, the polarity of the plots changes as long as the slice select gradient moves form I33, ISO and S33. At the isocenter the phase offset is closer to zero. The change in polarity suggests a gradient problem. The FE replaced all the SGA amplifier and the SGA Power supply however the issue still was not resolved.
