Shorted Transistors on 46-288142G1 Power Assist and Lock Control Board One of the power amplifier output transistors on the 46-288142G1 Power Assist and Lock Control Board used on Advantx-1 R&F and Advantx-E Legacy Systems shorts out. The power assist drives at higher than normal speed in only one direction when the handle is activated to drive in either direction. Problem happens on either the longitudinal or vertical axis, depending on which transistor shorts out. A number of complaints have been created on this problem.
