HFO Cradle Will Not Move Due To Loss Of Home Flag Position.
Symptom
HFO Table Will Not Lower. See Long Description There are two different optic sensors tied to the same set block at the rear of the table. If the sensors are not aligned with the each other, they will trip at different points. Table Home allows the table to be lowered and SRI Home tells the cradle to stop moving out (it has reached home, or is near the end of travel out of the bore). It is essential that the system sees the Table Home sometime before or at the same time as the SRI Home, but not before it is safe to lower the table (i.e. not before cradle is out sufficiently, such that when table is lowered cradle won't catch on bridge). If it never sees the Table Home, the cradle will not be allowed to lower.
