Fails TPS Reset due to Poorly Seated Fiber Optic Cable Connections to SRI.
Symptom
Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

2249113 SRI Configuration Failed. SRI Link Errors Caused the Configuration to Fail. See Long Description Wed Apr 28 16:58:01 2004 Error: 2249113 Host: GEMS Process: NSP File: SCP:SriAutoConfig Line: 384 SRI Configuration Failed. SRI link errors caused the configuration to fail. Please fix and perform a TPS Reset.
