After Customer performed EPO the 20KVA UPS would not turn on properly and provide power the system.

Symptom

After Customer performed EOP the 20KVA UPS would not turn on properly and provide power the system. Customer performed a EOP to reboot the system after it hung and then when they tried to bring the system back online the 20KVA UPS would not turn on properly.

Error message

The 20KVA Display showed "error 4100 rectifier Fuses Failure"
