MRIQ Overrange and Smearing only on ACR T2 Head Axial Dual Echo images See Long Description and attachment for image example. ACR T2 head axial phantom images are overranged and smeared only on the second echo. This was discovered when doing the ACR dual echo scans. In normal everyday clinical scanning, the customer never had any issues. 2nd echo head axial smearing/overranging always occurs on ACR clinical and phantom scans.
