Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS due to defective AP board.
Symptom
Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.
