SCIM communications errors due to defective WIM.

Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

Thu Apr 10 07:21:09 2008 2248584 2 NSP SCP:KeyboardLinkHWO 1920 Exception Class: Unknown Severity: Unknown Function: Peripherals: Communications SCIM Communication Error. The SCIM failed to respond to a watchdog packet from the SCP. Watchdog packets waiting for a response: 0x0000 Check cable connection to Workspace Interface Module and to System Cabinet.-> EN 454 SR 436 1207812070
