An eLicense Option Key was Generated for the Wrong System ID, How Do We "Move It" to the Correct System ID? See Long Description An FE called the OnLine Center for the following problem: This customer has two Excite HD scanners with different system IDs (obviously) under the same Global Order Number (GON). The customer ordered the T2 Mapping option for one of the scanners, but not for the other. The FE generated the key, and tried to install it on the scanner, but it wouldn't install. Then he discovered it was generated under the wrong System ID. How does he "move it" over to the other scanner?
