Table longitudinal drive does not drive in and out smoothly.

Symptom

Table longitudinal drive does not drive in and out smoothly. It will drive in or out a short distance, then stops See Long Description Table longitudinal drive does not drive in and out smoothly. It will drive in or out a short distance, then stop, and tech must release and hit the button again to get it moving. This happens with or without coils connected. But if the tech hits the Home button there is no delay at all, it goes right Home without stopping. There are no errors logged. Note that this is not related at all to the table drive workflow changes coming with HF03 M4+SP2 software as that FMI (FMI 67706) hasn't been installed on this system yet (and that FMI will not fix this problem). This is a system problem.

Error message

The Cradle is Obstructed This is a popup error message that the operator sees when the cradle is commanded to move and the system does not sense the movement. (The system counts encoder pulses per unit of time and will fail if none or too few pulses are seen). The error message is not logged in the message log.
