Unable to Transfer or FTP Core Files to Insite or OnLine Center due to Core File Permissions Too Restrictive.

Symptom

Unable to Transfer or FTP Core Files to Insite or OnLine Center See Long Description I am unable to transfer or FTP core files from the system to the InSite or OnLine Center using ISD. Whenever I try to do this a message appears in the bottom of the ftp tool as follows: "download failed", and also when I use the Data Explorer function in ISD to see what files I've transferred, I see a listing for the core file that I attempted to transfer, but its file size is zero bytes. I tried this several times and each time I tried it, the results were the same and in each case a zero-length file was written to the OLC database as seen in ISD Data Explorer. See below for an example. You can see multiple entries for the core file, all with zero byte length. I can pull other files from this site with no problem . So it doesn't appear to be a connectivity problem. What's wrong and how can I get these core files to the OLC? Engineering needs these files for a CSO (site escalation).
