TPS failed to reset with Errors 2248102 2248128 and 2248011 due to APS board.
Symptom
System fails to boot Applications software and TPS reset fails. See long description. The system is a 1.5T LX, running 9.1 M4 software. The system will not boot applications. Looks like the Bit3 is down. Errors in the log look like TPS reset failure. Ping to tps fails as seen below: lx-mr 6# ping lx-mr-tps PING lx-mr-tps (216.33.27.2): 56 data bytes ping: sendto: Connection refused
