Need to change patient demographics on an Innova system. Exam performed under the wrong patient name. The operator has queried a patient from a RIS system and performed the exam. At the end of an exam they realized the patient demographics were wrong, they had queried the wrong patient name The operator has queried a patient from a RIS system and performed the exam.
