Flip Angle on Spin Echo and Fast Spin Echo Series Changes to Zero After Transfer to PACS due to Non-GE PACS. See Long Description The "Flip Angle" shown on SE and FSE series changes from 90 to zero degrees after transfer to the customer's non-GE PACS. This is DICOM tag (0018,1314). There are no error messages. Reference PR # 474733.
