Symptom
Healthpage does not collect errorlog nor eventlog Healthpage does not collect errorlog nor eventlog. See further details in long description. Healthpage is running and push data to AutoSC server. However, the data are Temp&humidity, TNT, System config and calibrations but never errorlog and eventlog. When looking on IBDC "Last log" link of system checked, you can check the content of data received by AutoSC. With this issue, INNOVA_ERR and INNOVA_ROB are missing :
