Symptom
Report Card Workstation shuts down by itself and cannot mount Database The ReportCARD Workstation intermittently displays an error box or window to the operator containing a picture of a red floppy disk. In this window there is an error message as follows: "Fatal software error. Dumping software". The Report Card then goes to a blank screen. Also, when attempting to access the images on the Report Card Workstation, an error is displayed: "Unable to mount database"
