Symptom

PDU Emergency Stop Circuit Trips When Gradient Control Power Circuit Breaker is Turned On at PDU See Long Description The Teal PDU's emergency stop circuit trips when the Gradient Control power circuit breaker is turned on at the PDU, and it can't be reset as long as the Gradient Control CB is engaged. This happens even if the external emergency stop circuit is bypassed by placing the jumper plug on the PDU Control Board's J2 connection. This is an HFO3 to HFO5 upgrade.
