Effectivity: All Signa 1.5T Horizon, LX, EXCITE and HD MR systems. Problem: Unused BRM's are remaining on site too long which severely limits the availability of FRU BRM coils. The repair facility is able to perform quick evaluations/repair of coils but BRM's must be returned promptly. Resolution: BRM coils should be ordered with no more than a 3-day lead time . Every effort is being made to always have FRU BRM's available but your help is needed. Within 10 days of shipment of the FRU BRM either it or the failed unit must be returned.
