Symptom
INX100, Lost All Gantry axis's drive or NO movements The Gantry axis's will not drive. The Innova Gantry is locked and will not drive the L-arm, Pivot, Arc, or Lift. Emergency backout works, L-arm clutch releases. Gantry Problem: reset the system to recover is displayed on the monitor The Gantry axis' will not drive. Error message
All MCB's with PRD code "BD" displayed during Positioner boot sequence All MCB's with PRD code "BD" displayed during Positioner boot sequence. See long description for pattern details in system errlog. In System errlog, following pattern will be found; 1050055 Lift AXIS POWER WR GantryAxis No Motion Lift_AXIS_POWER 0 0 - Power input from K3 problem (prd: BD) 1050016 Carc AXIS POWER WR GantryAxis No Motion Carc_AXIS_POWER 0 0 - Power input from K3 problem (prd: BD) 1050103 Pivot AXIS POWER WR GantryAxis No Motion Pivot_AXIS_POWER 0 0 - Power input from K3 problem (prd: BD) 1050042 Larm AXIS POWER WR GantryAxis No Motion Larm_AXIS_POWER 0 0 - Power input from K3 problem (prd: BD) Then those errors will be cleared after approximately 10 sec. 1050055 CLEAR WR GantryAxis No Motion Lift_AXIS_POWER 1050016 CLEAR WR GantryAxis No Motion Carc_AXIS_POWER 1050103 CLEAR WR GantryAxis No Motion Pivot_AXIS_POWER 1050042 CLEAR WR GantryAxis No Motion Larm_AXIS_POWER This full pattern will then be repeated endlessly as long as the problem is not solved .
