Symptom
INX1X1 lateral gantry will not move. “Unreachable Position” when trying to drive the lateral Plane into or out of Iso Center. It does not move. Also, the frontal plane is moving slowly. The frontal lift will drive down, but not up from the s/h. the Emergency backout works. INX1X1: 1050674: Lat: CARRIAGE SWITCHES AND ABSOLUTE ENCODER INCONSISTENT 1050674 Lat: CARRIAGE SWITCHES AND ABSOLUTE ENCODER INCONSISTENT Debug: - Carriage position returned by MCB is inconsistent with switches value Error: 1050674: Lateral Carriage Switch and Absolute Encoder are not consistent at boot.
