Innova; PDB with SG UPS will start cycling on - off when power is on. Loud Rapid Chatter sound from PDB PDB with SG UPS will start cycling on off when power is on. Loud Rapid Chatter coming from PDB Cabinet PDB with SG UPS will start cycling on off when power is on. Loud Rapid Chatter coming from PDB Cabinet, and the UPS may start switching on and off.
