Symptom
Operating System disk will not load on HP xw9300 Host PC when trying to install FMI 67809 HDe Ver15.0 M4 Release See Long Description Operating System disk (CTT Linux OS 6.3.8 DVD p/n 5325169) will not load on the xw9300 Host PC when trying to install FMI 67809 "HDe Ver15.0 M4 Release" at step 1.3.2.3. There is no error message displayed, the problem is that the " boot: " prompt never appears. The FE obtained a 2nd copy of the OS DVD and retried with the same results. (The FE was verified to be using the proper OS disk that came with the kit). The FE took the same OS DVD to another HDe system with an HP xw8400 computer and it loaded fine on that system. The FE opened a Trackwise report, # 634376.
