Symptom

Error message

SMC detector Conditioner ERR11 is displayed on the LCD SMC detector Conditioner ERR11 is displayed on the LCD. ERR 11 indicates a dc power malfunction has been deteected by the conditioner. Power cycle the chiller, if no error state returns, chiller is ok. Check for external chiller damange and any excessive noise. If error state returns, Replace Chiller.
