Once you identify the name of the IQ issue, you can go to the resolution concept titled by that name to get information on that type of image quality problem. Additionally, it is good to ask the following general questions about the issue to help understand. Artifact Characterization/History of Occurrence Questions •How long has artifact been occurring? •Frequency of occurrence, often or intermittent? •Check Chronology history any images previously pulled? •Patient Specific or Multiple Patients? •Coil Specific or Multiple Coils? Have they reseated the coil and re scanned?
