1070017 24V err longi DO Table Longi motion. Table/Gantry speed & range reduced. Tilt table: EMCIO_cable_DCDC DC-DC is not giving the power to the EMCIO/AIB/Longi/Lat/Lift/Tilt/RB. Fuse(C2 cabinet) Note: If "1070021/AIB Power supply error" appears then apply the next steps of this procedure and the step ”Check the EMCIO AIB Cable and the AIB” of the TSG0058. If "1070657/24V Remote box power failure error" appears then apply the next steps of this procedure and steps “Check the RB Adapter cable and the Remote Box” of the TSG0063. Axis Longi Lateral Lift Tilt RB AIB EMCIO Supply LED DS7 DS8 DS9 DS10 DS12 DS11 DS6 Supply PIN Pin7 Pin8 Pin9 Pin10 Pin3 Pin2 Pin1 Open the door to view the DC-DC. Check the supply LED on DC-DC board. See the JobCard TSG0059. If LED is ON then go to step 2. IIf LED is OFF then check DS1 for 48V input supply. If LED DS1 is ON, then input is coming to DC-DC board. Replace the DC-DC. If LED DS1 is OFF then DC-DC Board is OFF, incoming supply is not coming to the DC-DC board. Measure the 48 Vdc +/-5% at the C2 MPDU F604 to TB602. If the voltage is in specs then replace the Fuses. Check the Voltage across the input connector J1 on the DC-DC board. The voltage sh
