VRE Configuration Failed Due to ICN.

Unable to Configure VRE due to error "Warning: Detected 1 ICNs but 2 were expected." See Long Description FE is replacing a (Dedicated Computing) ICN in a two-ICN HDx system, because one of the ICNs was damaged during a recent power outage at the site. The ICN he is replacing is in the position ICN1 on the system. But the new ICN doesn't seem to be working either. The FE can't configure the VRE with the new ICN installed. Instead the errors shown below pop up (in the case of the first error) or are logged (in the case of the second error). See below for the errors. The network light on ICN2 (the LED next to the network cable jack on the ICN) is orange in color which means it's transferring at 1 gigabit/sec, but the same light on ICN1, the one he just put in, is green, which indicates only 100 Mbit/s. He swapped the Cat6 ethernet cables between the two ICNs, at the ICNs, and there was no change in the LEDs. ICN1's LED is still green, and ICN2's LED is still orange. Remember, in this case orange is good and green is bad. This points to the ICN1, the new ICN that he just installed, as being the probable cause of the problem.
