Are IDEAL and CUBE Options Available for HDe Systems? See Long Description An applications specialist is about to begin applications training on the HCI HDe system running HDe15.0 s/w and asked that the IDEAL and CUBE options be loaded so she can include those options in her training. But IDEAL and CUBE are not available on eLicense for the model type HDe. Furthermore, the Americas ePriceBook doesn't list these options for sale for HDe, and there is no mention of these options in any HDe ISERV document. Since these options are available for HDxT it was assumed they should be available for HDe systems running HDe15.0 M4 also. Another headquarters applications specialist was consulted who stated these options are available for HDe, so we were again asked to provide them prior to the training session. But since the options aren't available on eLicense for the HDe model type, there is no way to provide them.
