Intermittent Boot up Failure and Intermittent Scan Pause.
Symptom
Intermittent Boot up Failure and Intermittent Scan Pause The MGD intermittently fails to boot. When it was successful in booting software after a TPS reset, the scan would sometimes pause without operator interaction.

Communication Timed-out from AGP board. Verify that MCP820 boards are installed and seated properly for APS and AGP. Extended Error : MCP820 boards can be identified by the word MCP820 printed on the board extraction lever. 2223859 The TPS Reset Failed because of a VRE Reset Failure See long description. 2223859 Host: ghmr002 Process: NSP File: TardisReset.cc Line: 469 Exception Class: Unknown Function: Recon: Data Acquisition The TPS Reset failed because of a VRE reset failure. Extended Error: This indicates that a failure to reset the VRE properly caused the TPS Reset to fail. Please refer to the VRE Troubleshooting Guide for further troubleshooting this issue, which can be found in the MR Service Documentation. 2252106 Failed to determine hardware state for AGP board within 20 seconds Error: 2252106 Host: rmns Process: NSP File: diags_utils.c Line: 666 Diagnostic software error. Failed to determine hardware state for AGP board within 20 seconds The board may be busy loading vxWorks or may be hung.
