Where is the Customer Letter Repository See Long Description My customer received a letter from GE about the equipment or software and is asking me questions that I'm not able to answer because I haven't seen the letter and I know nothing of the details. Is there a "Customer Letter Repository" online somewhere where GE service personnel may read these letters?
