IF you see this on an HDxT system, write a Trackwise report.. The intercom produced a whine at the patient speaker. Replacing the WIM, SCIM, Remote Intercom board (rear pedestal) and associated cables did not fix the problem. We even tried laying out a new set of hardware on the floor outside of the screen room, which bypassed the Pen panel filter. We still had the whining speaker.
