Extended Error: Check fans, may be blocked or defective, Cabinet Filters need to be changed, or RF Amplifier may be operating out of specification. 2254202 SRFD2 RF Amplifier Internal Cable Fault Error: 2254202 Host: LX MR1 Process: NSP File: HPC PORT ID:spi rf mon Line: 1717 SRFD2 RF Amplifier Internal Cable Fault. The RF Amplifier is reporting a cable is disconnected internally. Check internal cabling behind front panel of SRFD2. If checks okay, then replace RF Amplifier.
