Symptom
Duplicate exams appear on browser list, no errors logged. See long description When viewing the exam list in the image browser, more than one instance of the exam number is displayed. The exam numbers are seen to be duplicated up to two or three times per exam number for every exam in the list. If you try to select them, they all work. There are no errors posted in the log. Typically either two or three instances are repeated for the entire list of exams.
