Have you scheduled Planned Maintenance before the due date? Customer should respond by hitting Yes or No, and then entering their initials. Planned Maintenance The goal of PM Assist is to ensure that Planned Maintenance (PM) is done in a timely manner, is complete, and that identified problems are quickly resolved. You are prompted when planned maintenance is due, when it is overdue, and when failures have not been resolved within 21 days of the last PM. The prompts that appear are varied and dependent on the situation. Your system operation is unaffected regardless of your answer to the PM pop-ups. PM Due This prompt appears during system startup. Once a response is made, the system startup is completed with no further waiting. See Illustration 1 .
