Intermittent Images Not Listed in Browser or combined with other exams Due to Disk Drive.
Symptom
Intermittently images will not install into browser, either missing or combined with other exams, images are in auto viewer. Attached example is an image which did install into the browser, it is a combination of a phantom image and a patient image.
