Scans Intermittently abort with EOS Error Code 2252713 is Fixed with 12.0 M5B Software Release for Excite HD and with 15.0 M4 Software Release for Signa HDxT systems.
Symptom
Scan Aborts with EOS Error Openspeed system running HFO3 M4. When customer uses the frfse-rpc PSD (intermittently) they will only get half the images reconstructed (only odds). This is because the scan has aborted. Then when they try to download the next series the TPS hangs and the customer has to reset TPS or reboot the system. Operator sees the message "Pulse Sequence Error Occurred". Message log has EOS and other errors logged. See attachments for the review screens and errors logged during these events.
