Symptom

SG20 Fluoro UPS Power does not transfer to Innova during loss of utility power. Test on PDB is OK. However, when an actual power failure occurs at PDB input, both Innova system and fluoro UPS are switched off. SG20 Fluoro UPS Power does not transfer to Innova during loss of utility power. Error message

Errors 410012 410001 410011 and 410018 along with Detector power supply and positioner errors 410012 UPS error. Check UPS error log UPS rectifier main is lost, transition on backup power sytem. 410011 Load on Inverter (OFF) 410001 UPS rectifier main is lost, transition on backup power sytem 410018 UPS power switch failure on switch status Main
