Intermittently unable to download or scan the Propeller PSD Due to the Eight Port Ethernet Switch.

Symptom

Unable to Download or scan the Propeller PSD Unable to download or scan the Propeller PSD unless the TPS has been reset. Nearly every Propeller scan fails. Sometimes unable to scan other PSDs after a Propeller scan has been run, until the TPS has been reset.

Error message
