UTNS Notch Diagnostic Fails with Error Code 2247378 Due to The UTNS III Board.

Symptom

Very Low SNR On All Coils and UTNS Notch Diagnostic Failure with 2247378 Very Low SNR On All Coils. See attached images.

Error message

2247378 The noise spike counters in the RRF chassis incremented during UTNS diagnostics when the UTNS was not injecting large test spikes. The UTNS or DIF boards might be notching the RF signal unnecessarily. See Long Description for the complete error message Error: 2247378 Host: signa3 Process: diagCoord File: rrfUtns3.c Line: 406 Diagnostic: UTNS Notch Iteration: 1 of 1 Action: 1 Task ID: 0x7f541f0 Time: 104577 Object: APS Test Task Function: Software/Firmware/Config: N/A The noise spike counters in the RRF chassis incremented during UTNS diagnostics when the UTNS was not injecting large test spikes. The UTNS or DIF boards might be notching the RF signal unnecessarily. 487 spikes detected on RF channel 1, expected 0.-> Extended Error: The UTNS can chop out a noise spike on the receiver channels when it sees a spike larger than some preset level. This UTNS detected spikes when it should not have seen any spikes. The board could be faulty or perhaps something is injecting noise into the system. Verify that the room door is closed or disconnect the UTNS antennas from the UTNS boards while running this test.
